Congratulations to everybody who took part in the National Poetry and Art Competition, we had a massive response, 30 centres were involved and 94 learners participated.
Our judges were very impressed with the standard and Colm Keegan (Poet) had to deliberate for a very long time to select the winning poems. Eamon Dowdican also found it difficult to select the winners.
Well Done to everybody who took part, each student will be given a book with all poems published. All poems and art work entered in the competition will be printed individually to appear on a poster with the learners name at the Prize Giving Ceremony in Sligo on the 24th May 2017.
