I’m Phill my role in Youthreach is Counselling.
The foundation of my work is Person Centered. I provide the learners with a supportive non-judgmental environment whilst helping them achieve personal growth. My overall aim is to help them identify and clarify their personal goals, to find a way through their difficulties and to regain a sense of their own power.
